Heavy Metal Fabricating
A & S Fabricating Company offers extensive range of in-house metal fabrication services to provide custom-engineered metal products. Our heavy metal fabrication is a value added service for constructing equipment and various other configuration structures from unprocessed materials, based on our customer drawings. Our heavy metal fabrications are tailored to your unique requirements and are also available with reduced sourcing time and costs.

Some of our capabilities in heavy metal fabrication services include preparation of metal surfaces, by sawing, burning, bending, beveling, and rolling, fitting and welding the pieces into assemblies, machining the pieces and assemblies according to required tolerance and surface finish, and assembling the manufactured parts into semi-finished or finished equipment. We provide all fabricating services from piping to electrical connections. We also offer shop preparation and painting services to meet your requirements.

We have a wide range of internal quality control procedures that are initiated from the receipt of your purchase order and extend to the entire manufacturing processes. This helps to produce high quality products.

Heavy Welding
A & S Fabricating Company provides precision welds on medium to huge quantity runs with rapid turn around times. Our efficient experienced team will support our customer requirements in all aspects.

We offer various types of welding processes including SAW (Submerged arc welding), SMAW (Shielded metal arc welding), GMAW (Gas metal arc welding), FCAW (Flux-cored arc welding), and GTAW (Gas tungsten arc welding).

One of our welding process strength is our capability to fabricate complex, multiple part welded assemblies with close tolerance features and dimensions. We have 30 welding machines, which range from 250 amp to 800 amp. We have AWS D1.1 certified welders for your welding job requirements including gas metal arc welding, submerged arc welding, shielded metal arc welding and others. We have a wide range of internal quality control procedures that are initiated from the receipt of your purchase order and extend to the entire manufacturing processes. This helps to produce high quality products.
