A & S Fabricating Company specializes in coating and painting a wide variety of metals and its substrates. Our coating & painting services enhance the physical properties, wear resistance, adhesion, scratch resistance, wet ability as well as the external appearance of the components. We can apply all type of coatings for various components. This can be done not only in varying degree of numerous parts but also in a wide variety of configurations of parts as well. We have a paint room which is of 50’- 0 width and 75’ - 0 length. This helps in the finishing of a wide variety of components and also permits the on-time flow of products to you and your customer, ultimately. Our paint room has good heating and insulation facilities for our customers’ convenience. We also stock various paint specifications and colors for our repeat clients.

We offer airless spray painting and pot spray painting services.

We offer a wide range of secondary operations including thermal stress relieving, anodizing, heat treating, black oxidizing, plating and hot dipped galvanizing. We also offer vibratory stress relieving services in-house. We have a wide range of internal quality control procedures that are initiated from the receipt of your purchase order and extend to the entire manufacturing processes. This helps to produce high quality products.

Our inside sandblast room is 55’ wide by 75’ long. We use Black Beauty Media, with finish ranges offered from SSPC-SP1 up to a SSPC-SP10 blast specification. Our Insulated Paint Room is 50’ by 75’ long and both our sandblast and paint facilities are fully serviced by our overhead cranes and forklifts.
